- Academic leaders of the colleges;
- Representative of the college to other colleges, especially in academic issues;
- Representative of college leadership to other colleges;
- Representative of the college to external colleges in academic matters.
- Coordinating the development of and implementing the college’s Vision and Goals Statement;
- Leading college efforts toward achieving the intended goals;
- Developing a college budget in academic matters;
- Leading, and coordinating college strategic planning and curriculum development;
- Supervising, evaluating, and supporting Departments/college in a manner that promotes excellence in academic issues.
- Leading the processes of college administrator selection and overseeing the processes of Departments and staff selection and retention;
- Coordinating the professional development of the college administrators and staff;
- Evaluating overall Departmental productivity in instruction, research, and academic responsibilities;
